Formed in 2009, but with a combined experience of over 80 years within the search and selection industry, Tyson Moore is a leading supplier of executive and senior management personnel to some of the world's leading businesses.

Tyson Moores approach is slightly different to the majority of search and selection organisations. We take the time to understand our clients individual requirements, and as a rule visit each client for every assignment to take a full and thorough brief. We are extremely open and honest and provide all our clients with a consultative approach, advising them of the best way forward. We pride ourselves in treating a client as an equal and expect the same in return.

The key to our success lies in our dedicated internal research team, information specialists and support staff who are highly qualified and experienced within their specialist sectors.

Heather Blears
Operations Director

David graduated with an LLB in law, specialising in employment and international company law. He moved straight into recruitment with one of the UK’s leading public sector recruitment, training, consultancy and managed services on their graduate training programme. From here David moved to one of Europe’s largest engineering and technical recruiters, taking up senior recruitment management roles within operations and engineering, supply chain and procurement and IT.

David spent 3 years heading up the delivery function in a global search business before becoming a founding director in Tyson Moore. He has spent the last decade leading the delivery of successful search assignments across the world.

Having more than 20 years experience recruiting within the engineering and manufacturing industry, Chris is a well known name within his chosen sector. He was trained as a consultant in one of the worlds leading recruitment organisation, before becoming a board director of an international search and selection PLC. Chris founded Tyson Moore 10 years ago and has successfully established it as a well respected, bespoke search and selection business.

Practice Director

Heather is a Tyson Moore success story, having been developed through the business' training and development programme. She joined Tyson Moore as a trainee having spent her early career working in the hospitality industry. Heather's naturally hard working nature and ability to understand complex customers, combined with Tyson Moore's rigorous training scheme, has enabled her to become an expert in her field. Heather has extensive experience delivering search assignments across numerous industrial sectors.
